The winners will have their pictures posted on the homepage of this website with credit given to the photographer. We plan several photo changes per year as the seasons change.
Photos must be taken in Alton and should be appropriate for the current or upcoming season. We may edit your photo by cropping and/or down sampling to approximately 400x300 pixels.
We may also include your photo in a photo archive on the web site.
