The Consequences of Driving Fast Without a Seat Belt

The human body is very fragile no matter what you may think. You may be a body builder but that doesn't mean you are invincible. When a human is driving a vehicle they are protected, barely, by plastic and metal. That doesn't protect them much. If you are in an accident that is because of the failure of the humans involved in the crash. You may think it's cool to speed and not wear a seatbelt because all your friends do it but that is not going to save you when you are in ICU.
The judgment of the driver is critical of the road. If you feel the desire to speed that is your preference. Luckily there are men and women on the road to protect us. If it weren't for them we would all end up as splattered souls on the pavement. Speeding is one of the highest causes of death on the road next to not wearing your seatbelt and drinking and driving. Speeding may be fun at times but it is very reckless. You cannot save yourself when you are heading into the back of another car or a tree because you are speeding. Yes, there are crashes that still occur when you are at the speed limit but the damage is not as critical as when you are speeding.
Not wearing a seatbelt is not a cool thing to do even in front of friends. That piece of fabric is saving your face from hitting the steering wheel or saving your passenger from hitting the dashboard. If you follow the LALA method you will save yourself a lot of trouble. Lock adjust, lock adjust. Lock your door, adjust your seat, lock your seatbelt, and adjust your mirrors. Using this you will save yourself from accidentally flying out of your car, having your seat move around, flying through your windshield, and not being able to see behind you. It is not only safe to follow this method but it is a cool thing to do in a lot of cases. You do not want to deal with the consequences of not wearing a seatbelt.
With following the law and keeping your speed in control and wearing your seatbelt you will go very far in life. That is very literal too. There are many young kids and older men that are in jail because they decided to not follow the rules on the road. The consequences vary but a consequence is a consequence. You may not like the rules all of the time but in the end you will be safer and you will not harm anyone else's life. The law on the road is not there to get under your skin; they are there to help you, your family, and the others on the road.
I am very thankful I was pulled over. This has taught me a lot even for my first time. I have, ever since, worn my seatbelt and have remained at a constant safe speed on all roads. If it weren't for the tickets I got I would never have learned and I would be making a mistake, which could turn into a habit that could lose me my life and the lives of others. There can be many people saved on the road if they would just realize the consequence of speeding without your seatbelt.
