Fitness Yoga class that strengthens the upper and lower body- building long, lean muscles. We also stretch tight muscles, which promotes flexibility and overall relaxation. This is a go at your own pace class that is non-competitive and a great workout. Wednesdays, Alton Bay Community Center, 8:30am-9:30am,$25/month or $7/per class.
