ALTON PLANNING BOARD SITE WALK

DOLLAR GENERAL

DESIGN REVIEW SITE PLAN

The Alton Planning Board will conduct a site walk of the proposal by Dollar General for a Design Review Site Plan application on property located at 58 Suncook Valley Road (Route 28).

Dollar General is requesting a Design Review for a proposed Site Plan located on Map 26 Lot 2. The proposal is to build a 9,300 square foot Dollar General store. This property is located in the Residential Commercial Zone.

The site walk will start at 3:30 pm on Monday, November 23, 2015.

A bad weather date is scheduled for Tuesday, November 24, 2015 starting at 3:30 pm. Please contact the Planning Department at 875-2162 or 875-0108 if you have any question the site walk on Monday, November 23, 2015 may be cancelled due to inclement weather.

The site walk is open to abutters and other members of the public.
