Proposal: to sell and repair used vehicles in the existing building, with no changes to the existing topography or drainage of the lot.

2. P17-08, Map 19 Lot 30, Final Minor Subdivision

The proposed lot line adjustment is to adjust the property line and have one (1) shed meet the 10-foot sideline setback requirement for Lot 28, for lots created prior to March 11, 2003.
