Residential (R), 5 Broadway Blvd.
Brad Smith, on behalf of the Alton Bay Conference Center, is requesting a time extension of one year until August 18, 2018, for the Beacon Site Plan originally approved on September 14, 2010.
1. Old Business:
a. Motion from the September 19, 2017, Planning Board meeting requiring final action:
Alton Bay Christian Conference Center (ABCCC) issue needed a second on Dave Collier’s rescinded motion and a vote.
b. Discussion re: Chestnut Cove Subdivision/Ridge Road, and the outcome of Ken Roberts’ and Mike Vignale, P.E.’s, inspection of the integrity of Ridge Road.
c. Letter dated October 3, 2017, from Liz Dionne, Town Administrator, re: the Planning Board’s letter addressed to the Board of Selectmen asking for the 2018 Lakes Region Planning Commission dues to be placed into a warrant article.

Notice of Public Hearing Capital Improvements Program
Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held in the Alton Town Hall Second Floor Meeting Room at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at the Planning Board meeting. The purpose of the hearing will be to consider the Capital Improvements Program, as follows:
PUBLIC HEARING AT 6:00 P.M. ON THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM, PLAN OF 2018, AS PROPOSED BY THE C.I.P. COMMITTEE.
Copies of the Plan of 2018 will be available at the hearing or can be picked up in draft form at the Town Hall Planning Department during regular business hours.
