The Cyanobacteria Mitigation Steering Committee will meet Thursday September 12, 2019 at 6:30PM at the Gilman Museum in Alton. The public is welcome to attend. The agenda includes: A review of 2019 water quality testing on the Merrymeeting River and Mill Pond, a review of the recently published Merrymeeting River Watershed Management Plan, a review of a section 319 grant for remediation of stormwater erosion sites, and a discussion of any remaining tasks regarding the Watershed Management Plan. The Gilman Museum is located at the corner of Main Street and Rt. 140 in Alton. Road side parking is available.
