Standard Wetlands Dredge and Fill Applications:
1) Standard Dredge and Fill Wetlands Application – Porter Street Realty Trust – 184 Smith Point
Road. M64 L21 – Applicant proposes to impact 1215 sq ft to install a 219 sq ft pervious pathway with steps to
access the water and plant native species. Planting pockets supported by non-contiguous natural field stone to
stabilize and naturalize an eroding bank.
