ALTON PLANNING BOARD SITE WALK
DOBBINS WAY - DOBBINS BROOK SUBDIVISION

The Alton Planning Board will conduct a site walk of Dobbins Way, Tax Map 6 Lots 36 & 37. This is being requested by the developer, Dave Fuller of SADCO Site Development Corporation. This property is located in the Rural (RU) Zone. The site walk will start on site at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

The site walk is for the Board, Town Planner, Town Engineer, DPW Director, and other interested parties, to view the construction of the road prior to holding a public hearing to confirm compliance with the approved subdivision plan and to grant final approval of the road.

(Please note acceptance of the road is a separate process handled by the Board of Selectmen.)
