Planning Board/ZBA Department Head Review Agenda Items:
Wetland Permit by Notification (PBN):
1) Wetlands PBN – Michael J Mead Trust 50% & Susan W Mead Trust 50%, 157 Trask Side Road M42 L4 - Proposed removal of existing permanent L-shaped crib supported dockage and install a 6ft x 30ft seasonal dock anchored to shore by a welded hinge tied into existing ledge on shore. Additionally, retain an existing single seasonal boat lift and proposed installation of two seasonal PWC lifts adjacent to the dockage.
- No ConCom signature needed.
Expedited Minimum Impact Wetlands Application:
Standard Wetlands Dredge and Fill Applications:
1) Standard Wetlands Application – Hopewell Trust c/o John Vallerand, 96 Hopewell Road M21 L5 - Proposed installation of 2 permanent Personal Watercraft Lifts (accessory docking structure) on a previously approved and legally constructed dock (NHDES File #2016-00432). The PWC lifts will be constructed and attached to the existing dock along an existing boat slip. A supporting structure (piling) will be driven into the lake-bed for each lift consisting of approximately 5 sqft of permanent impact. All construction and installation will be conducted from a barge. No access from the shore will be necessary to complete construction.

2) Standard Wetlands Application – Shawn & Ian Evans, 6 Legal Lane M54 L19 – Replace 42.3’ of deteriorated concrete retaining wall on the shoreline. A grant of right petition to the governor and council to retain 2,460 sqft of fill in the lake bed accompanies this application.
Shoreland Permit Applications:
1) Shoreland Permit Application – Jean A Fahlbeck Living Trust, 114 Roger St M54 L40 - The proposed project includes removal of existing flagstone patio located behind the house and replace with a slightly larger 46 sf pervious paver patio including pervious paver steps and walkway with associated native landscaping from the driveway down to new patio.
2) Shoreland Permit Application – AFC DVC Real Estate Trust, 169 Sunset Shore Drive M70 L26 - Plan is to install stormwater measures (catch basin, crushed stone swale).
