Wetland Permit by Notification (PBN):
1) Christopher Brown, 134 Smith Point Road, M64 L14 – Repair existing permanent docking structure (274 sq. ft.) cantilevered and wood / rock crib supported and rock breakwater (68lf/861 sq. ft.) “In-kind” with no change in size, location or configuration along the shore of this Lake Winnipesaukee property.

Standard Wetlands Dredge and Fill Applications:
1) Corey J. Clark, Places Mill Road, M69 L3 –Sunset Lake dam reconstruction project 2023- The Sunset Lake Dam will be re-constructed in the spring, summer and fall of 2024 with expected completion in early winter of 2024. The primary spillway which currently exists will remain. The left and right side abutments will be completely re-constructed to me current Dam safety standards. The gate house and stop-log bay will also be completely re-constructed due to deficiencies and deterioration. Regarding of slopes and embankments will be necessary in coordination with reconstruction of the left and right side portions of the dam. Rip rap and also a reconditioned sill downstream will be part of this project.

1) Volpe Family Rev Trust, 1 Manchester Ave, M34 L33-20 – Tear down an existing cottage and build a new house. Stormwater measures will be installed.
