Planning Board/ZBA Department Head Review Agenda Items:
1) Z24-10, Lakes Region Hospitality Group, Jeremy Martin, Signatory, Map 16 Lot 18 & 20 Cherry Valley Road - A Special Exception is requested from Article 300 Section 334 to permit a Commercial Function Facility in the Rural Zone.

2) Z24-11, Lakes Region Hospitality Group, Jeremy Martin, Signatory, Map 16 Lot 18 & 20 Cherry Valley Road - A Variance is requested from Article 400 Section 452.B to permit a lot with road frontage less than 200’.
- Gene Young Commented “No concern for cases 10 and 12. We question the need for re-duced frontage for a lot on an acreage of this size. Also, same lot appears to have septic sys-tem within wetland buffer. (Lower left on 1st drawing)
3) Z24-12, Lakes Region Hospitality Group, Jeremy Martin, Signatory, Map 16 Lot 18 & 20 Cherry Valley Road - A Variance is requested from Article 300 Section 319 to permit an unattached ADU that will be occupied by a person or persons other than the owner.

1) Shoreland Permit Application – Daniel & Shaina Lauren, Baxter Place, M25 L13 – Owners are propping to construct a 28’x40’ three-bedroom house with attached garage and associated deck, porch and driveway. A new state-approved septic and well will be installed.
2) Shoreland Permit Application – Nancy Crosby, 219 Trask Side Road, M42 L26 - This project proposes a 28'x29' 2-story addition to the existing house and an improved driveway to the second story garage, within 250' of Lake Winnipesaukee. This project proposes associated grading and drainage improvements to the site as well. No work is proposed within the 50' Waterfront Buffer.
