PERMITS AND APPLICATIONS

Wetland Permit by Notification (PBN):
1) Wetlands PBN Application – Winnipesaukee Pavilion Condo. Assoc, 18 Mount Major Hwy, M34 L37 – Refurbishing 338 Linear Ft of wall with a 6” reface and cap. Additionally, the project proposes replacing 39 fender pilings.
- No signature needed.
Standard Wetlands Dredge and Fill Applications:
1) Standard Wetlands Application – Kim Marvin, Little Barndoor Island, M81 L17-3 - This project involves constructing a new 43.7' breakwater that requires 90 CY of fill with an attached 320 SF cantilevered dock. The project includes 300 SF of temporary impacts for a rock stockpile area.
2) Stand Wetlands Application – Shawn Moran, 15 Wentworth Way, M40 L6 – Total impact of 985 s.f Construction of perched beach. Approx. 90sf. Replacing existing wooden structure with 7 granite steps to approx. 2’ from edge of lake. Beach use to cut stone for walls and cheek walls. Surface of beach to be approx. 509’ with swale in rear to assist in drainage. Riparian planting of area paralleling lakefront – above the 508’ elevation approx. 5 linear feet from lake edge, using native species (TBD). Inserting stone steppingstones in new lawn area, connecting beach to dock and reconfiguring of path to patio area/house and addition to two new granite steps with cheek wall through riparian planted area. Connection to proposed pathway to dock as outlined in concurrent shoreland permit. Grading where necessary.
Shoreland Permit Applications:
1) Shoreland Permit Application - Richard & Donna Dolan, 330 Rattlesnake Island, M 77 L12 – Remove existing house (678SF) and replace with new house (2360SF) and a shed (340SF) yielding a net gain of 2022SF. Replace old substandard septic system with a new septic system meeting all current requirements to accommodate a 4 bedroom home. The current home has 526SF of the waterfront buffer zone and is 20’ back from the shoreline. The proposed home will be removed built in back of the waterfront buffer boundary with only a deck/stairs in the waterfront buffer zone and closet point will be 28’ back from the shoreline.
2) Shoreland Permit Application – Rebecca J Burbank 2014 Trust, 2 Treasure Island, M74 L8 – The proposed project is to replace the decking above the boathouse, residing, relocating deck stairs and interior renovations. A new permeable paver patio is to be installed as well. Some trees will be removed.
3) Shoreland Permit Application – Donald R. Prudhomme 2013 Trust, 103 Timber Ridge Rd, M58 L5-25 – Construct a new dwelling, driveway, septic system, and improvements.
