Planning Board/ZBA Department Head Review Agenda Items:
Wetland Permit by Notification (PBN):
1) Wetlands PBN – Hopewell Trust, 96 Hopewell Road, M21 L5 – Install 2 personal watercraft lifts onto an existing legal dock. The PWC’s are constructed of galvanized steel and are mounted to the deck of the dock and the dock piling. No part of the lift rests on the lakebed. No temporary or permanent impact to the lake or lakebed is anticipated from the installation or use of these lifts. These lifts are electronically controlled to remove PWC from the water. The PWC lifts are seasonal and are removed prior to ice-in in the fall and reinstalled in spring after ice-out.

Expedited Minimum Impact Wetlands Application:
1) Exp. Min Impact Wetlands – Jeanne D Lewis Trust, 13 Red Sands Lane, M45 L2-1 – Repair existing breakwater, piling supported dockage and accessory pilings. Modest temporary impact within the “U” are anticipated for stockpiling of existing rock fill in conjunction with repair of the breakwater. No change in size, location of configuration is proposed.

2) Exp. Min Impact Wetlands –Joanne Doyle Revocable Trust – NH DOT station #3360, attached to 141 Mount Major Highway – Repair an existing piling supported dockage with no change in size location or configuration.

Standard Wetlands Dredge and Fill Applications:
1) Shoreland Permit App. – Kristen Morin, 10 Barndoor Island, M81 L23 – Install a new effluent disposal system, access, work area and erosion control. Total temporary impact equal 3,930 sq. ft. No increase in impervious area proposed.
2) Shoreland Permit App. – The John & Janice Lashnits Family Trust of 2015, 22 Route 11D, M52 L26A – Replace wood seps and extend a deck to the steps.
