NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING

As required by NH RSA 36-A:5 and 675:, the Alton Conservation Commission will hold a PUBLIC HEARING Wednesday, November 08, 2023, beginning at 6:00 pm in the second floor meeting room, Town Hall, 1 Monument Square, Alton NH.

At that time, the Conservation Commission will hear public comments on its proposal to withdraw $25,000 from the Conservation Fund to support the purchase by the Southeast Land Trust (SELT) of 99 acres of land on the Alton/New Durham boundary, known as Map 12, lot 93, encompassing the westerly side of Mount Bet between Drew Hill Road and the Alton/New Durham town line.
