Proposal: To merge the 2 subject parcels and then submit the resultant 7.45 acre lot to the condominium form of ownership, in accordance with RSA 356B. This does not propose any change/ increase in use of the property. This will create 4 condo units, each unit consisting of a small area of surrounding land.
