If you need to obtain a copy of a Police Incident or Accident report, you will need to submit that request in writing to the Records Division. Please note that police reports are, in most cases, available within 10-15 days after the incident/accident has been reported.

The photocopy fees are as follows:

• $5.00 for the first pg
• $1.00 ea additional pg - ($30.00 maximum fee)
• $5.00 per page - photos
• $15.00 for arrest video

When your copy is ready, you will be notified by telephone, or if requested, your report(s) will be forwarded to you by mail. You will receive a bill for your requested copies, which is required to be paid on pickup or within 30 days if mailed.

If you are a Defendant facing criminal charges, please contact our Department Prosecutor for copies of your arrest report. You will be asked to submit your request in writing prior to receiving your report. There is no charge if your report copy is for discovery purposes if you are representing yourself or by your Attorney...

Please note that no reports are forwarded by email or by fax. You will need to either pick up the report or request it be mailed directly to you. If you have a representative pick up your report, that person needs to have your written permission and his/her identification.
