The Alton Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) will conduct a site walk to review the subject property for topographical conditions, and other criteria items related to the request.

This request is an Appeal of an Administrative Decision by the Board of Selectmen dated November 1, 2017, re: denial of restoration of six (6) lots (Lots 10, 11, 12, 110, and 111) pursuant to RSA 674:39-aa.
The site walk will start onsite at 21 Silver Cascade Way at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 10, 2018.

A Site Walk is considered a public meeting of the Zoning Board and is open to abutters and other members of the public. However it is not considered a Hearing, Board members may ask questions of the applicant or abutters, but no testimony by or questions from the public are allowed, and no decisions will be rendered by the Board.
