The CMSC will have a public meeting on January 17,2017 at Alton Town Hall at 6:30PM. The Preliminary agenda is as follows:
Approval of Minutes from September 13,2018
Review of the Watershed Survey Meeting of December 12, 2018 and subsequent correspondence from FB Environmental Associates Inc. (FBE). Revised Top Ten Remediation Sites. Horsley Whitten Group selection of best three sites for engineering studies. CMSC selection of 4 sites for engineering studies.
EPA Meeting of November 25, 2018 and follow-up meetings between EPA, NH DES, FBE, and Fred Quimby. Approval of additional funding for interaction between the watershed planners and NH DES.
NH F&G letter to Town of New Durham, Interim measures to reduce phosphorus discharge at hatchery.
Fall and Winter 2018 water quality reports: Mill Pond and other New Durham Road sites in Alton. Addendum to Watershed Survey.
New seasonal rainfall related to climate change and its implications for Lake Winnipesaukee.
Offer for individualized private property assessments for stormwater runoff improvements.
