Burn Permits

IMPORTANT

You MUST print out a copy of the permit to have on site of the location where you are burning!

Online Permits System

Free Burn Permits are available at the Central Fire Station during business hours (M-F 8:00AM to 4:30PM) at 65 Frank C Gilman Highway Alton, NH.

You may also obtain a Permit to Burn online 24/7 through the State of NH Division of Forest and Lands Website. Please note that the State does charge a few dollars for the online permits.
