What We Do
The IT Department is responsible for:
- Network and System Management
Maintaining the Town’s servers, network infrastructure, and workstations across departments. - Cybersecurity
Protecting municipal systems and data through security monitoring, policy enforcement, and staff training. - Technical Support
Providing day-to-day technical assistance to Town departments for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. - Email and Communication Systems
Administering and securing internal communication platforms to ensure smooth operations. - Software and Systems Management
Supporting and upgrading key software used for financials, permitting, records, and other municipal functions. - Website and Online Services
Maintaining the Town’s website and ensuring public access to online resources and digital forms.
